Our passion for olives and olive oil led us to Milas, Türkiye where we fell under the spell of the Milas Memecik, PDO-granted variety.

With 25 years of expertise in heating, cooling, ventilation and automation, we established our mill with a singular mission in 2024: to produce perfect olive oil. Through advanced technological solutions and innovations, we meticulously record, control, and secure every aspect of the cold extraction process. This includes critical factors such as olive paste temperature, time management, ambient conditions, and hygiene standards—all of which are essential for producing exceptional olive oil.
