Yellow Line

The Yellow Series product is a perfect olive oil with high polyphenols (600+), produced in limited numbers and obtained from Milas Memecik variety olives from a special garden. It is offered for sale only in our 100 ml bottles, in our special boxes of 3*100 ml (recommended monthly consumption amount).

Due to high polyphenol, bitterness and pungency are at a higher level, while fruitiness and aroma are at lower notes than our other products.

Early harvested, handpicked in September/October, Our olive oil is processed on the same day after being picked from Milas Memecik with the cold extraction method.

Health and high antioxidant priority consumers: It is recommended to consume it raw on an empty stomach in the morning.
