It is a perfect extra virgin olive oil with intense fruity, cut grass, artichoke, tomato leaf, and almond aromas typical of the Memecik variety, offering a balanced level of bitterness and pungency.

Early harvested (Green and Orange Lines), handpicked in September, October and November.
Our olive oil is processed on the same day after being picked from Milas Memecik using the cold extraction method.

For those looking for gourmet dishes: can be consumed coldly with bread, cheese, seasonal salads, pizza, pasta, appetizers, and cheese plates. Or they are all can be recommended for hot dishes and appetizers such as boiled potatoes, eggs, meat, and fish.
